Jamf and Mac management
The Key Team Member
Paul Febre, an experienced IT professional with over a decade in the industry, has steadily built a career spanning aerospace manufacturing and managed IT services. His journey began in 2012 as an assistant IT Network/System Admin, progressing to a system administrator by 2014. In 2019, he joined Parachute as a Level 1 Service Desk Technician and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a key resource for Apple- and Google Workspace-related issues. Currently, Paul serves as a System Administrator, with a focus on Jamf and Mac management, while continuing to be the primary escalation point for Mac and Google tickets within the service desk.
The industry’s constant evolution fuels Paul’s deep passion for IT. His drive to stay updated with new developments ensures he remains at the forefront of technology, actively participating in Apple-related discussions on platforms like Reddit and the MacAdmins Slack channel. His hands-on approach and engagement with peers have established him as a go-to expert in his field.
Beyond Professional Excellence
Outside of his professional duties, Paul’s dynamic personality extends to his personal life. A father of three with a lively Labrador, he thrives on staying active and exploring new hobbies, from Spartan races to drumming and tennis. His curiosity about technology dates back to age 12, when he built his first computer without the aid of modern resources like YouTube or Google. In addition to his IT skills, Paul’s top strengths—Curiosity, Adaptability, and Determination—shine through both at work and in his personal life. His adventurous spirit is also evident in his love for family travel, although he admits that a solo trip now and then wouldn’t be so bad either.
